An office device can be on the network and still be unable to reach shared equipment. This service case focused on communication between network segments.
The challenge
Wired and wireless devices couldn't communicate as expected, affecting access to shared equipment.

- Worked with firewall support to review network policy
- Adjusted communication between segments
- Checked connectivity during the support session
