Consultation
We talk through goals, budget and timeline, by phone or on site. For new construction we review the plans with you, your builder or your designer.
Design and proposal
We recommend the platform and products that fit, and send a written proposal with scope and pricing before any work begins.
Prewire and rough-in
On new builds and remodels we run the cabling, boxes and conduit at the right stage, coordinated with the builder's schedule.
Trim and installation
Keypads, touch panels, speakers, displays, cameras, network gear and the equipment rack go in once finishes are done.
Programming
We program scenes, schedules and the interface around how you actually live in the space, then test every device.
Walkthrough and handoff
We walk you through the system, adjust what doesn't feel right and make sure everyone in the house knows the basics.
Ongoing support
When you want changes, additions or help, call the same local team that installed it.
