The community
Pine Ridge is an established North Naples neighborhood in Collier County, known for spacious properties and mature landscaping, with roots in the 1950s. It was planned largely around generous single-family lots, which gives it a different character from the beachfront condo communities and room for work, guests and time outdoors.
Technology that fits
On a property spread across a larger footprint, network coverage needs intentional design: wired connections, access-point placement and serviceable equipment locations, planned alongside audio, video and home-office needs. Lighting modernization may mean Lutron, Vantage or a move off an older control platform, weighing existing wiring, fixture compatibility, keypad behavior and links to the rest of the home.
