A well-designed home deserves technology that feels considered in every room. We help Port Royal homeowners bring lighting, shades, music, television and networking into one coherent plan. Based in Naples since 2017, we handle intricate high-end systems and focused improvements, from a troublesome control to a broader renovation.
At the southern end of Naples, Port Royal sits between the Gulf and Naples Bay. Boating, beach walks and time on the water are part of its character, and the neighborhood's development began in the 1950s. Year-round living here means mild, drier winters and summer heat, humidity and thunderstorms, and those seasons belong in the technology plan as much as the floor plan.
Lighting control can bring architectural, decorative and outdoor lighting into useful scenes. Motorized shades can be planned around daylight and privacy. Whole-home audio and video should have simple controls, backed by a network designed for the rooms and outdoor areas you actually use. For an existing system, we start by understanding the equipment, wiring and programming already in place, keep what's compatible and convert only where it makes sense.
We are a Control4, Lutron and Vantage dealer. We also offer Savant design, integration and upgrades, and support existing Crestron systems.
Equipment should be chosen for its real exposure to heat, moisture and any salt air. Before storm season we plan coordinated surge protection with your electrician, suitable battery backup for essential equipment and clear recovery steps. No home system makes a property hurricane-proof.

Taking over an existing system starts with understanding how its parts work together. This project involved processor coordination, wiring work and targeted equipment changes.
An existing lighting system deserves a careful review before equipment is selected. This design project focused on a path forward for an older system.
