Thoughtful upgrades for Mediterra's connected homes
A home with an established automation system needs care when something changes. We help Mediterra homeowners review existing equipment, solve control problems and plan improvements to lighting, shades, audio, video and networking, with the same attention for a service call or a broader upgrade.
The community
Mediterra is a North Naples community whose Mediterranean-inspired neighborhoods sit among lakes, preserves, parks and walking paths, with single-family homes, villas and coach homes. Its roots go back to 1999. Walking, cycling and time outdoors are part of the setting, and year-round use means planning for summer heat, humidity and thunderstorms.
Technology that fits
When lighting, entertainment and controls have grown over time, an upgrade has to respect their dependencies. Reviewing programming, connections, compatibility and documentation shows what can stay, what needs attention and which changes belong together. We work with Vantage and Lutron lighting and Control4 automation, and help with keypad behavior, scenes, motorized shades, whole-home AV and networking for work and guests. A repair, a revised scene or one room of AV can be a sensible first step.

We are a Control4, Lutron and Vantage dealer. We also offer Savant design, integration and upgrades, and support existing Crestron systems.
Coastal and storm planning
Equipment should be chosen for its real exposure to heat, moisture and any salt air. Before storm season we plan coordinated surge protection with your electrician, suitable battery backup for essential equipment and clear recovery steps. No home system makes a property hurricane-proof.
